Susan Ensey

Retired, Director & VP, HR

  • Susan Ensey has been an active volunteer with Molly’s Angels since 2018 as a driver and in supporting Molly’s Angels office and staff. She is passionate about helping Molly’s Angels’ mission to provide support services to seniors in need. Susan is also Board Secretary on the Advisory Council for Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging which advocates for and enhances the quality of life, health, independence, and dignity of older adults in Napa and Solano counties. Her previous Board responsibilities included Director and President of Northern California Human Resources Association, as well as service on numerous community foundations.

    Susan’s career was in Human Resources as Director and VP with corporations such as McKesson and Right Management Associates. Susan also did consulting work in Talent Acquisition with Bay Area technology companies.

    Susan’s education includes graduate level Business Administration studies at University of Southern California, and a Masters degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

​Managing Principal, Sharma Strategy Group

  • Diana leads Sharma Strategy Group's Innovation Practice leveraging her broad-based experience in strategy and operations and her deep expertise in design-based consumer goods innovation. She is also a Culinary Institute of America Certified Chef. That means she can find solutions, create innovation and whip up something to make your mouth water.

    Prior to SSG, Diana spent 10+ years in Food & Beverage global at Darden and PepsiCo so she knows all the things that people love to eat. As Director of Brand Innovation at PepsiCo she was at the cutting edge of the newest and most delicious food trends and developments. With her experience in emerging markets she quickly became a CPG specialist for BRIC and Turkey. She has been a sought after CPG innovation consultant ever since.

    It’s no surprise that Diana takes her food seriously. It’s a passion she now shares with her infant son, who is quickly becoming a foodie in his own right.

    Diana received a B.S. in biology and psychology from Boston University and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. These, combined with her certification from the Culinary Institute, means she can innovate and evaluate at level you’ve never seen and will also make you something to eat when you’re not looking.

Philippa Perry

TREASURER

VP of Operations, Napa Chamber of Commerce

  • Philippa emigrated to Miami, Florida in 1972 from Zimbabwe, where she was born and raised. She attended college in London, England. Always drawn to hospitality her career started as a flight attendant for Air Zimbabwe and later she embarked on a 35-year career in the hospitality industry. Working for Playboy Hotels briefly her career was launched with Hilton Hotels. Luxury hotel experience was gained at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.

    Recruited by Auberge du Soleil, Philippa moved to St. Helena in 1989 where she spent 16 years at the Inn, culminating as General Manager for 5 years. She went on to open the Les Mars Hotel in Healdsburg before retiring in 2006. Volunteering at the Food Bank and Visit Napa Valley was fun until she was asked by a former guest of Auberge, to join the staff at the Napa Chamber of Commerce in 2008.

    In her role as VP of Operations, Philippa oversees the daily operation of the Chamber and plans all their social events.

Town of Yountville, Parks & Recreation Director

  • Samantha Holland has joined the Molly's Angels Board of Directors. Samantha has spent over 25 years working for local municipal Parks and Recreation Departments creating places and programs for residents to live healthy and happy lives. She has been the Director of Parks and Recreation in Yountville for the past 13 years overseeing a full service department which includes senior programming and services like their popular Golden Ticket Program.

PAST BOARD CHAIR

  • Andrea attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison following a year in Germany after completing high school. Post college, she embarked on a career as a flight attendant with Pan American Airways. After getting married, she worked for Kelly Services in Los Angeles until relocating with her husband to Northern California.

    Andrea has spent time in the restaurant industry, but her primary focus has been in trust management. Before she and her husband moved to Napa in 1994, she dedicated her time as a volunteer at the Sacramento Children's Home, where she worked at Los Ninos Restaurant on their campus. Additionally, she had the privilege of serving on the Board of the Los Ninos Service League, which oversaw the operations of the restaurant.

    Andrea joined the Board of Directors of Molly’s Angels in 2016. Andrea is an advocate of nonprofit management best practices and has brought a strong governance voice to the organization. She currently serves as Chair of the Board and is proud to lead the organization as it continues to grow its mission.

  • Dori Lang has owned several Auto Body Franchises in the Greater Bay Area since 1985. After a successful career in Marketing and Sales, Dori moved to Napa and purchased her own Auto Body business in 1995 until 2006 when she retired. She met her husband, David in 1999 and together they own and operate a pump company and a company working on patented inventions.

    Dori has been on many committees to help raise money for Napa High School, Vintage High as well as Diablo Valley College Fund. She has helped with the Capitol Campaign for Hanna Boys Center and has been involved with A Vintage Affair in Franklin Tennessee for over 19 years as fundraiser. Dori is dedicated to helping the community she has resided in for 24 years and is passionate about helping Molly’s Angels support local seniors in need.

Retired, Real Estate & Security

  • Now Retired, 10 years as a REALTOR® with both Real Estate and Security Licenses: was Short Sale, Foreclosure and Resource Certified, Senior Real Estate Specialist trained with 1031 Exchange experience. There were five years of experience specializing in institutional-grade real estate investment opportunities with a nationally recognized real estate consultancy that specialize in institutional-grade real estate, such as Tenants in Common (TIC’s) and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST’s) properties, special real estate funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and LLCs. There were opportunities to assist clients with the acquisition of suitable real estate investment options for their portfolios, funded through direct investment, IRA/qualified plans, and 1031 exchanges with a Series Seven Security License.

    Earlier, for many years and the first retirement, worked for an International Fortune 500 company. There were numerous assignments with the company including real estate Investment and capital development, real estate management, franchise work and marketing operations with small to medium sized companies involving many years of retail and financial consulting.

    For several years taught real estate classes covering Internal Revenue Code Sections 1031 (Exchanges) and 121 (Homeowner Exclusions), Co-ownership, Retirement Strategies, including other real estate areas for the Adult Education Department of the Napa Valley Unified School District.

    There were local business opportunities as a member of the Napa Valley & American Canyon Chambers of Commerce, Northern Bay Area Association of Realtors and Business Networking International for many years.

    Education
    A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and then continued Master of Business Administration (MBA) coursework in Labor Relations from the University of California at Berkeley. Then after training, a European tour as a Missile Launch Officer with the United State Air Force. Additionally, a Certificate of Real Estate was earned and more recently a Certificate in Paralegal Studies designation from Napa Collage.

    Personal
    As a couple with my wife Carolyn have lived in the Napa Valley since 1969 where we raised our family. For many years have been active as a volunteer in the Napa community. Recreational activities include skiing, hiking, traveling, enjoying reading and music for relaxation.

Vice President, Retail Branch Manager, F&M Bank

  • Christine grew up in rural Western Australia, but calls Perth home. She graduated from Churchlands College of Advanced Education with a degree in teaching. Christine taught in primary school for several years in Western Australia before departing on a worldwide adventure that landed her in California. She has lived in the US for over 35 years, first in San Diego before moving to the Bay Area in 1988.

    Christine has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has held management positions during the last 25 years and currently is VP/Branch Manager at F&M Bank in the Napa Branch. Christine has worked in the Napa community for over 3 years, choosing to work for a community bank instead of a large, corporate bank as she has greater opportunity to serve the community directly working for a local, agricultural-focused bank. Christine’s teaching skills have carried over into her work in the financial industry through training and coaching as well as demystifying banking to new employees and clients alike.

    Christine has an extensive background in serving on non-profit boards, including the Antioch Rotary Club (18 years) and Reach Project Inc. (10 years). She is currently a member of the Napa Sunrise Rotary Club and participates in many of its local service projects. Christine has a passion for gardening and creating a fun, lively, high-spirited environment wherever she is.
